Nose: Heady notes of fresh raspberry and dark chocolate, with touches of crumble pastry underneath (very pudding-esque!).

Palate: Pomegranate, toasted brown bread leading to a hint of smoke, clove.

Finish: Blackberry and raisin linger on the finish.
